All yoga sessions are private or semi-private, there will be no more than 4 people in any session to keep everyone healthy and safe and so that I can give you the mindful attention you truly deserve!

What? Restorative yoga is a practice that everyone needs, and everyone can do– regardless of gender, age, size, or athletic ability. It’s a practice that offers beautiful benefits and should definitely be incorporated into your yoga, fitness, and life routine. If strong powerful workouts and yoga flows are your norm or have been, or you are just starting a yoga or fitness journey then, even more, the reason to begin this restorative, relaxing, style yoga practice.

Mindful Morning Yoga
4-week yoga series.
What? Start your day with some gentle mindful movement.
Come wake up your body, settle your mind, and find your breath. This ALL LEVELS class consists of gentle movement practice and meditation, designed to help you find foundational strength, freedom of movement, and a connection to your breath, body, and intention. You will feel grounded, relaxed, and inspired, for the day ahead of you.
When? Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:15 am in Nanton at Primal Soul

All you need to participate in Primal Soul yoga is
1. some comfy, stretchy clothing, and your own matt, (if you have one)
If you do not own a mat, one will be provided. Each mat is properly cleaned after each use

In addition to these ongoing sessions, you can book private yoga sessions or sessions for you and 1 or 2 of your “safe” or cohort people. These can be recurring or single experiences.
