One-On-One Creative Mindfulness Coaching is designed to support you in alignment in all areas of your life.

Bobbie will guide you through four stages to help you find clarity, happiness, and yourself!


Together we will dig deep to gain awareness around the truth of who you are, where you are right now, and what you most want and desire to experience. This will give you clarity around what Joy and Peace look and feel like on a personal level.


From Survive to Thrive

It's time to remember that you have everything you need inside you and life is here to support you. Learn mindfulness and other practices tailored to you, and engage in the regular practice of Peace & Joy.



Together we will move through the basics of mindfulness and meditation with other practices based on where you are in your life, and what you need to give you the skills, time, and space, to stop, breathe and reconnect with your inner self, your life, and JOY! 


Move Forward

Support in continuing the practices and putting your attention on what you want to have in your life, commit to consistent practice + trust in yourself and life to support you!

During your sessions with Bobbie you will learn to:

  • Meditate - you will learn the basics of 'how' to meditate or deepen your already existing meditation practice.

  • Create the habit of regular meditation practice and if you choose to be held accountable for your regular practice. 

  •  Create a space at home for your regular meditation practice.

  • Integrate various creative mindfulness and reiki techniques into your daily life - including mindful walking, mindful eating, self reiki, and journaling.

  • Learn to get quiet and listen to your inner voice.

  • Do various relaxation exercises including The Body Scan.  

  • Train your mind to live more in the present moment - instead of being pulled away to worry about the past or future. 

  • Improve your ability to  'respond' versus 'react' to challenges that come your way, being better able to manage your emotions. 

  • Train your mind to be more positive - learning to focus on what's right in your life versus what's wrong.

In-Person and Distance Reiki sessions are also available to access as additional healing pathways
